heres the deal : i have ten seeds that i put in a air tight container and i kept it at a temperature of around 30 degrees. Its been a little less then 30 hours and 8 have already cracked and are showing little growths. When would be the right time to put them in the dirt ?

after you have germed the seeds on a paper towel or cotton bud for 1 to 5 days, depending on seed and strain, they will grow a tap root, white tail growing from the seeds, in my pics.
when your seeds have gered, get some soil/perlite mix and plant into a pot, with the tail pointing down, that is the root"tap root" then cover with the soil, plant the seed, one to 2 cm down in the soil/perlite mix, and after a day or three the shoot will come out of the soil.
when you germ your seeds, in paper towel, keep in a warm place, like a pc, i use the cable digi box, cos the temp are perfect 70 to 80.

in rockwool or soil ? and should i expect the other two to germinate ?
wherever the final destination is - the less mucking around with them the better. I've never done a soil grow so am not sure why you would put them in rockwool first so i may be missing something.

only time will tale if the others will germinate.

Each of the 45 watt bulbs has an lumens output of 3 100 and the 23 watt bulbs have a lumens output of 1 600 . . . . for a total of 12 500 . . . . is that not enough ?

So put the little guys in the dirt with no light and it will still grow?
sure will. you can plant un-germinated seeds and leave them in the dark and they will sprout. the plant doesn't start using sunlight until you see green (it needs chlorophyl - the green stuff to start photosynthesis).

the stuff from biology 101 is coming back to haunt you!
