When do plants flower in BC Canada

I'm on Shuswap Lake. I put two autos and one photo outside middle of May. The autos are flowering as expected, and the photo just started throwing pistils within the last couple of days.

I'm around Kelowna latitude, roughly 50 degree but on the prairies.

Stopped raining, took a picture.
