The same Doc who gave you the pot req is the same one who gave you the Marinol script? They gave my step mom a script for Marinol and i had to go back to a hospital to get it filled. not one pharmacy said they have it in stock. maybe its a hit or miss?

At this point in time I believe the older generations were brought up to look at Marijuana as a DRUG. Nothing beneficial but purely and illegal horrible substance. No turn to my age group (18+) and things are way different. After starting to smoke 4 months ago I learned of SOOO many people that too smoked. I think this new generation looks at it much more mildly then the elders today. I would say 5+ years. Just enough time for young people to begin voting and, as sad as it is to say, the mass majority of adults who oppose it to die off.

i think that if the state allows for extensive studies on marijuana effects, then it will become legalized. before that, it will remain a debatable issue and politicians will do as they please with it. once sceintists prove that the negative effects of weed are much less than fast food, then it will no more be a taboo for all these brainwashed people. i sen wives breaking up because "they caught the hubby using pot" ooooo what a vice it sickens me to see people with so much hate towards this beautiful plant all because of how it was pictured for them and with no solid info at all.

while i think that legalization would be great, i still am quite pissed until its federally legal. no matter how legal in cali, if you got 100 plants, the feds will come knocking, usually with a heli at tree level.

it'll become legal only when the police force is able to get a DUI charge to stick at the DMV. if you currently are caught DUI from cannabis all you get are civil fines as the DMV throws the conviction out thus rendering the courts ineffective. however, as soon as you have a breathalizer for ur level of THC and they set a limit to what intoixcation is...then and only then will you have total legalization and control.

maybe, but i dont like this. you cant regulate a dui for driving while high in my opinion. ive never had any reaction issues or any issues at all while being high driving, other than paranoid when a cop is behind me. it has been shown that old sailors and captains used cannabis at night claiming that it helped them see in the dark easier. also if your a card holder, then wtf would you give a dui to someone from pot but not for being on xanax and valium for anxiety??? i think we should just bring a bill showing if i pay you a higher tax than you should legalize it as the people are the ones who voted ur ass in. you want money and think youll lose out if you legalize it, fine heres a grand a year for you fed asshole to stfu!

i don't like it one bit either. but in the united police states of america that's the way we run this place. into the ground as fast as possible. btw...you can get a DUI from xanax and valium and all the other ones, but it's the same thing..DMV has no limit set at what intoxication is. drug companies won't allow that as then they'll loose revenue and thus the system will loose out on tax revenue. there is no win until we the people take our country back from those that choose to control us.

People have protested and got a little bit further. if you mean a violent protest then all the republican bible belt states would use that as an example as why you dont do drugs " weed made them violent " remember, the propaganda used in past decades would try to make white people scared their women would get raped if a black man was high on pot. i feel it would take the fight for legalization back a few steps if that was to happen

i mean take over nbc, cbs, pbs, etc...with force to prevent media propagation, what i meant by egypt is how the entire population is revolting, not just a third. the problem is that alot of people dont even smoke so yea it would be in the hopes that those other people who dont smoke just kinda let it happen. while alot dont use, they also are not opposed to those who do, the ones who are opposed are misinformed or douchebags who like control over others. i dont want to mention if im for republican or democratic, due to the insane responses the red team has, although im not 100 on blue. i do feel there is way too much bitching from red as those who are snot nosed whine and cry like bitches even though most of there team is more corrupt, violent, and geared toward income instead of the right thing to do. there are those who are not not this, but they all want to kick every blue member out for..........i dont fuckin know, everytime i talk to red they seem to have no real reason for there thoughts and it ends up being that they were just raised that way and more than likely went to a school that was red run. i gottoa go to work, something red thinks blue should do for them. pfst.
