when do you stop tucking in scrog

This is my first rdwc scrog grow and I'm wondering when to stop tucking. I have read a bunch of conflicting information about when to stop. I have 3 plants under 2 1000w lights in a 5x12 room my screen is pretty full. They are growing 4" a day and I flipped them a week ago. Here are some pics I tucked them again after I took the pic. I have plenty of room for them to grow up. They are going to stretch quite a bit more they are northern lights That I have grown several times before just in soil.

So my end result won't suffer if I let them stretch up 1 1/2' above the screen? I really don't care about the work. I spent a ton of time growing and training and don't want to mess anything up. Not exaggerating there are over a thousand tops on these plants. Basically just keep the canopy as even as possible regardless of height above the screen. I have identical screen that will be 6" above the first screen to act as bud supports.

Very NICE indeed!!! Yes, by all means, take a breather, the plants will drop whatever leaves stop being of any use. Cheers to a job done superbly. Just be sure to keep the airflow UNDER the canopy unobstructed...

Ok ty I will relax a bit lol. I don't have any pics underneath them but they are lollipopped. Good advice on the airflow under the canopy its often overlooked. I have a 6" fan hooked to a 6"to 4" Y splitter that brings cool air under the canopy in each corner of the room. The 10" exhaust fan keeps everything at a negative pressure with a constant supply of fresh air. Thanks for the advice.

Bro you cant stop tucking until the strech is done or almost done.. if you stop tucking before the initial strech then that defeats the whole purpose of tucking in the first place.. or you can do a two tier net system but there still might be some more tucking involved.

Next time time the flowering stage just right so that there is no more than a inch or so after the strech and I would also suggest some deflation.

The 2 tier is just for support nothing more. My ego has nothing to do with anything btw if it was I wouldn't be asking for advice on the end result from experienced scroggers. I know this strain very well I have a foot and a half left in the stretch. I've researched the crap out of scrogging before attempting it. When to stop tucking is full of conflicting info. I don't care about the work and can still tuck with the screen full I've been doing it. I just want to achieve the best results I can from my first scrog. After I took the pic I tucked everything back under.

That looks Insaine man !!! Three plants !!! Wow how long have you been vegging those ??? Once you get buds forming it's going to look unbelievable great job !!!!

Thank you damplamp. I vegged for 9 weeks but not on purpose lol. Work got in the way and honestly I wasn't prepared for how fast everything goes in rdwc. Reading about it and actually seeing it is another thing all together. I had to buy bigger better equipment to accommodate how big these plants are so that set me back too. I have 2 other plants that are bigger than these that I have no idea what I'm going to do with lol. There are lots of things I'd do differently but they seem happy. Once they start budding I'll post some pics.
