i read some where that actual flowering doesnt begin untill after the initial sretch { the first week or two after switching the light cycle }
i figured if this is true then it would be a known fact and posted everywhere .
im asking because if the breeders pack or advertisement says for example 60-65 days ,is it 60-65 days after the initial stretch or is this just one persons method they are trying to have every body think is a must .

and on another note

when i check the trichs on my plant they have heads and i can see weather or not theyre clear cloudy or amber
but when i check the bag bud i get it doesnt have trich heads it just looks like very very fine and very cream colored hairs .
does any body know why that would be..
under the scope the hairs on the bud look like the hairs on the stem.. very fine with no heads . any body?

Flowering times given are generally an indication of the earliest harvest time growing with perfect environmental control.

I call flowering from the moment I switch them. But there is a transition period between veg and flower hence the stretching period.

Plants are ready when they look it.

Bag bud generally has most of the trichomes heads knocked or damaged. Due to all the handling.

Even your own bud if stored for a while in jars and turned or mixed up will lose some trichomes heads.
