when growing in sealed room do you need intake/exhaust on building?

So say you have a completely sealed room, you have ac/heat coming in via an air handler, CO2 coming in from tanks or a burner (let’s say tanks), and you have a dehumidifier removing water. So you have air coming in to a sealed space, no air going out, what stops the room from pressurizing, or is that not a problem?
Playing around and calibrating my co2 sensor I realize that moment that a 1,666sq house of 3 with a central a/c the co2 average around 1500-2500 ppm and 55-60 rh%. I don’t use tanks or dehumidifier. Intake comes from the house to exhaust outside.

I also grow based on my vapor pressure deficit (VPD). There are many charts around of how to adjust your temperature based on your room humidity.

happy growing
