When is the earliest this guy/girl can flower

Hi everyone I'm growing a bag seed for fun/personal expermentation, and was interested in knowing the soonest my plant can flower. I'm trying to flower it early for stealth reasons as well. I'll attach some pics for you all to analyze and lemme know when you think the earliest it could flower would be

You can flip them now to 12/12. That's the way I do it anyway. As soon as they got a couple of nodes should be good to go. Final pot them of course. They are still rooting so. Could take 2-3 weeks to show sex when you flip early, males will probably first, then you're flowering. Of course you will minimize your yield but for personal its is ok.
 
You are outside but you want to control when your plant flowers? Not possible I would have that little thing inside to reduce stretching anyways.
You can train it to grow how you want as far as shape and height goes.
I ussually flower like 2 months from seed. I count the whole first month as seedling. Then I count one month for veg. And then flower. Get you a decent size plant depending on how much light you have.
Why are you doing a stealth grow? Still illegal where you are?
I grew illegally and I always thought fill your room up as much as you can. If you get caught your fucked either way
 
Whether a planting a seed as a serious venture or just for shits and giggles, putting a plant in some dirt or any medium and just hoping for the best is not cultivation...it is not even growing. It is just plain careless.

That being said...Mike is correct you cannot choose when your plant enters flowering if it is outside. It will begin to flower when it's photoperiod and nature tell it to. The only other option is if the plant is an auto flower which I HIGHLY doubt.

Anyway, not to chastise you but if you are going to want to produce something worth while...take some time to read and learn and then attempt a real grow. If you are unwilling to do that for yourself...then I suggest you stop abusing Mother Ganja's babies and continue to buy bags.

Woah. I pop that seed and am usually minimal. I've tried the other stuff like, LST, bending and breaking the main stalk. All kinds of different stuff. Me, I'm more of a naturalist. If the genes are good, let it happen the way intended. The only reason I snap fan leaves is if they are giant humongous fan leaves and there are too many of them. Shaving the bud. Sometimes I let the older unhealthy stuff fall off. Sometimes I just snap it off.

Gotta remember tho. I cultivate for personal only. I don't need to maximum yields. All of my energy is focused on giving the plant just what it needs and letting it do its thang. It works great bro.

I understand your point too tho. I just don't think you're considering all angles. A bit obsessed with your own way. Do you like bunnies?

depending on where you are in the world, the plant could begin flowering immediately, or not at all. It does seem you are outdoors, so knowing what sector of the world you are in to give diagnosis would help us. If you flower a seedling, it will begin to flower as soon as it is sexually mature, which could be between 3 weeks and 12 weeks from seed.

More information of where you are, what your medium is, what fertilizers you are using and your ultimate plan will really help in determining your proper course of action. Up to you though, good growing!

Minimal is one thing...doing nothing but dropping a seed in a Styrofoam cup of dirt and giving it some water is different. I understand that some folks do just that and are happy just too see some 'real' pot leafs...and that's cool. But using that method and hoping it will produce anything worth smoking...is like putting a card in an ATM machine and hoping to withdraw $1,000,000.when there is less than $100 available. Just sayin'

P.S. Rabbits are cool ..and good eatin!

True, but if you're early in the season, and have time to plant in the ground, that styrofoam cup plant can end up being a 3-5 pound, ten foot tall monster. Kinda depends on the conditions and the effort involved...

Understood and agreed. However, and not to be insulting to the OP...if someone does not understand that a plant's flowering cannot be forced in an outdoor environment, that someone has done no reading or learning about cultivation of any kind. And is wasting time. Unless, like I said before all they want is to know they can grow a real plant that looks like a pot plant.

I'm so laid up in this quiet comfortable crib of mine smoking some of the best fucking weed available. When I finish this post, I'm gonna take like 5 or 6 tokes off this 1/8 J I rolled early this am and get FUCKED UP SON! And I been smoking on this shit a fucking year. And I'm a minimalists.

Now. Back to rabbits. Cause they bring us love. :rolleyes:

I agree, however, all of us were uninitiated at one point. all people have to start somewhere... We have scores of threads for newbies, but every now and then, the impatient one pops up. I feel this is a good trait; being impatient can actually force someone to learn more in a shorter amount of time. All of us were newbs and ignorant at some point... Remember; our children are our future ;)

I got some carrot seeds! I bought on sale at the end of season. I don't like carrots. But. You are so right. My bunny will need carrots. I will have to take care of it.

Dude. You should check this out. I've read part 1 and 2. All the way through. This dude was a true. Minimalist. The whole thread is hilariously well written and so easy to understand.. And he trolled @Uncle Ben kinda hardcore. Old school vs new school. Must read. He popped like 8 seeds in a light dome under incandescent lights hanging from the ceiling. He placed the tiny dome/medium on like a stool. On top of a Table on top of books. This is a must read if you want to understand minimalistic growing. Which will be the most popular and desired smoke, taking down organic growing and hydro. This is the next big thing. This dude started it all. It's the minimalists bible bro. All growers should be aware of this knowledge. In my opinion. Money will be made with minimalistic.

Again...understood and agreed. I had no malice or intention to show impatience or insult to the OP at all. When I decided to grow the only thing I had ever grown before was hair. I try to not give advice to others at all. Instead, I usually just try to point them in what I think is the right direction. But I always caveat even myself, because no one should take anyone's advice or opinion and just accept it as wrote. We were all newbies once and all needed some help. But there is no substitute for taking time to read and learn a bit first. As for me I will forever be a newbie in the fact that I can be and sometimes am wrong. I don't want to risk someone else's grow based on my own arrogance and no one else should either.

That's a great attitude! I was just trying to point out that we were not all professionals at the start. Sometimes newbs are impatient and make threads because they really don't understand how forums work because they've never done it before. We've all been there, and in the new year I think that it's good we start trying to help as best as we can. We might actually have some decent members hang in there that are able to contribute to the experience for all of us. Eventually most of us will leave the forum either indefinitely or just out of boredom and because we have better things to do. Some of us come back, others don't, like bluebear and gardenknowm. Even Fdd comes back from time to time. But I digress...

Let's try to be the better, and welcome the new blood. RIU needs some aspiring members! :D

Well said!...I myself was originally a member in 2011. I got into a very heated and nasty tolling war and ended up being 'asked' to leave. I came back and started actively posting again just recently. I love to learn, read, discuss, and share things about my favorite hobby. And if I can help someone along the way...that is the proverbial icing on the cake.

OMG! I just realized we are sitting around a campfire singing Kumbaya in a new member's thread! We should be ashamed of ourselves!

To the OP I am dreadfully embarrassed and remorseful that I rudely jacked your thread....to answer the original question...if you want to choose when to induce flowering of a plant you pretty much have to do it indoors and mimic nature as much as possible. Please feel free to ask any questions you like But remember the search button is VERY useful.
