When Ron Paul is no longer an option.

Hypothetical questions get hypothetical answers.

Ron Paul will run independent if he doesn't get the nom. My vote is with him.

On a side note.... I remember when your parents and teachers told you that you could do anything you wanted to when you put your mind to it.... Ron Paul has put his mind to it for 23 years now...... The guy could be happily retired right now but he is sacrificing so much of his self to help this country, and he is so heavily defamed for that sacrifice.

This reminds me of all the fools that would vote for Nader. Why bother and risk jury duty?
I find this statement interesting...and rather telling as well. I'm friends with a research scientist and college professor. He's learned, published, his wife is a virologist, and his father was a Illinois Republican politician back in the 60's. He grew up in politics. He has voted for Nader on more than one occasion. You call this man a fool, but if you were to debate this man....he would eat you for lunch, smile, and ask for more.

Fools come in all shapes and sizes. 60's? College Prof? Sounds like a kook.

Our President has a PhD in Constitutional Law. What do you think of him?

I think he has good intentions. I've posted here positively on some of his ideas. For the most part, I disagree with his policies and have found much of what he said during his campaign disingenuous (transparency, no room in DC for special interests starters). Would I vote for him? I would not. And again, my friend "The Kook", would mop the floor with you were you to engage him in a political debate. I don't agree with his politics either, but I would not call him, as a Nader supporter, a fool. I admire his intellect and insight.

What sounds silly is a person of your ilk calling folks who support Nader fools. I understand it may be difficult for you to comprehend this concept, but for us "Rich and Stupid" Republicans, it's woefully obvious.

In your world, anyone who is not aligned with your paradigm is immediately disparaged. Not to worry, your malady is runs rampant in this forum, so you're in good company.

No, anyone who would waste their time to vote for such an irrelevant person and simply sign up for jury duty is foolish in my mind. His actions served no purpose and were there for foolish. Voting for Nader was insignificant. Maybe you thought I said stupid. You sure are acting like it. I used the word fool. Words have meanings.

adjective 1. resulting from or showing a lack of sense; ill-considered; unwise: a foolish action, a foolish speech.

2. lacking forethought or caution.

3. trifling, insignificant, or paltry.

I will do exactly as I did last time, I will write him in. I mean, why would I want to vote for anyone other than Ron Paul? Obama is a warmonger hell bent on flexing military might in the name of "Freedom and Democracy" (just so long as it's OUR brand) and really....there's not much of a difference between him and the other neocons running.

Is anyone talking about, other than Ron Paul, repealing PATRIOT of FISA? No they're not. Why not? PATRIOT and FISA provide power to the Federal gov't that they would not necessarily have. But then again....we're "mostly" free, yeah? So what's the big deal, right?
woot woot,
ron paul has been a major write in vote for years, and it wouldnt surprise me if he took the whole election as a write in

also if you have to use age to refute his candidacy then you really must be really finding it difficult to argue against the Doctor
