When should I apply this fert?

I have some miracle grow instant feed liquid. You just pour the specified # of capsules straight to the soil every 7-14 days. But when would i apply it? Before a watering? Between? Right after watering?

I like to water first, and then feed. But if the soil is already wet I just feed. If you feed then water, your just going to flush the nutrients out of the soil that you just put in.

don't use them at all...stick to regular nutes that you have to mix
