When should i bend my plant?

Hi, i have a grow and limited in space, the plant is 7 inches tall, they have 13 sets of leave (including the ones between the nodes). its currently in vegetation and will be for another 15 days. I also have shoots coming between the nodes. Should i bend the main stem now to increase yield?

Now! You want to give them 10-14 days after bending before you flower , so if you plan in flowering in 2 weeks then get to bending.
