exact reaspon why i like to grow indoors, a controlled enviroment, no missing season, just a steady controlled grow

Unless they are auto flowering they will not start flowering until the dark cycle reaches 12 hours. In my area it is still light for 14-14.5 hours a day. Be patient. It also depends on the strain you are growing.
