When should I flower? Day 33 Veg - 1000w 4x4 tent

1000w HPS (MH broke)
4x4 tent
73-79 with 40% Humidity
18/6
Soilless
Technaflora Recipe for Success Starter kit (at 1/2 strength as of last night)
2gal Pots

I started following LBH's 4-Way LST Tutorial, and topped the 5th, but the branches are not long enough to get pinned down yet.

Had problems with fungus gnats (sand put down), and applied way too much doktor doom and left the girls under the lights for 12 more hours So leaves took a hit. Also had Ph problems from not add lime to mix before hand. Hopefully thats the end of my luck.

Planning on repotting to 5gals today, any comments? Hard to get a good look at the roots due to all the sand on top.

They're between 9-11" right now.

With the size of my tent and space, and size of 5gal's, when should i flower?

Give them a couple of days to get over the repotting, then switch to 12/12 - those babies will fill that tent in no time.

id let them go longer yet i flicked my lights when they were about 2 foot ((24''))

they ended up been four foot tall but they bush out alot and fill the tent, just turn the pots a 1/4 turn every time u water so the plant gets the light it needs
