Generally it takes 8-10 weeks to flower. You'll know when she's ready when 70% of her hairs have turned red. Also if you buy a little hand held microscope you can check the trichomes for maturity. They will cloud up, and start to turn an amber color at peak maturity. Some trichomes heads may even explode open.

Your pics are too blurry. The hairs look to be turning of an amber hue, but this is not a good refference for havest time unless you are familiar with the strain. Do as Sure Shot said, and get a microscope to view the tric's. I like to harvest when 75% of the tric's are cloudy/milky, and 25% are clear still, this makes for a nice cerebrial high which Im very fond of. You will want to harvest prior to the amber tric's "exploding" because this is when THC degrading occurs.
