When should I harvest?

First time grower here. I have two plants that I have been growing for a long time. They have been through a lot. When do you think I should Harvest these? Any feed back helps!

should be harvested as soon as the trichomes are solid cloudy.

White hairs still pointing straight. They dont ripen until after those have curled mostly back.
But i also see cfls in the picture, are you using those alone to flower? Looks like it, as that is a very thin main cola
