when should i start feeding

im using general organics go box in promix with 20% organic worm castings , my seedlings are about a week now sitting 2 1/2 feet under a 400 w air cooled mh the feeding chart says week 1 so i fed them once a day ago and then read that i should not be feeding so early
i though id ask here as they are organic thanks

Too early to feed yet man, wait a week at least yet. I just wait until bottom leaves start going a bit lighter before giving any food in soil.

i thought promix was soiless ? sorry this is my first grow does the center of the leaf look yellow or am i being paranoid

i asked else where but figured maybe since it was organic it was different , and i thought pro mix had no nutrients in it

I feed my seedling at 4 days old. I give small dose with some voodoo juice. They'll be ok and i think that lighter green color is new growth, it will darken up.

That 20% worm castings will feed them fine for a couple weeks.

Yes, pro mix is "soilless", but when you add worm castings you end up with something that acts more like a soil, and less like a sterile hydroponic media.
