When should I start LST? PICS!!!

I plan on doing a tie over and tie down method... but not sure when is too early or too late to start....

Any advice would be great, SHE!!! is exactly 1 week from sprouting... bagseed but staying low because i have light right over and next to her...

start inching the stems first

*pinching then after its a a month move up the stem continue until the end of the month then bend over
