When Should I Start the Flush?

First thing first, I know that its mixed feelings regarding flushing.. some people swear that it doesn't do anything and some people feel like it does. If you are one of the people that doesn't flush, no offense, but please don't even comment on this thread.

Now that we got that outta the way. I'm a first time grower (hydro DWC) I am on day 54 of flowering. I am aiming for a 50/50 of cloudy and amber trichs. At the moment i have about a 50/50 of clear and cloudy trich . I plan on doing a 10 day flush. But my question is at what ratio of trichs should i start the flush? for example should i start the flush when the trichs are at the desired 50/50 of cloudy and amber or should i start the flush when i first notice some amber trichs?

That's going to depend on what stain you're growing as different strains will mature faster/ slower than others, if you really want to narrow it down to a science in the future. For now i'd say to start flushing once you notice ambering because if you start the flush once they are where you want them, 10 days later they will be past their prime.

as soon as i see amber trichs i do the flush

Strain specific though... 10 to 14 days before chop.

i doubt it will help but the strain is Bubblelicious from Nirvana.. Currently at the moment they are 54 days of flowering. I'm starting to realize that this question was a very hard question to get an accurate answer so i'm just going to continue to give my plants nutes until a notice some amber trichs and then flush.

I still see some white hairs in there, I'd wait a little.
