When should I start training

I’d give it just a couple days maybe. Just to let it recover from the top!
I’d also bury some of that stem. It looks like you left room for top dressing maybe? If so ignore that but otherwise I’d fill that pot up.

Bet, I had to chop of the lower leaves due to a chemical burn from my spray bottle so that's why it looks empty. I'll do as you suggest tho, thank you

If you’ve got time you could top it again, more tops for scrogging :)
Depending on what medium you’re using you could use that space for top dressing when you flip to flower or something like that. I think it’s only really with seedlings that you SHOULD bury the stem I just suggested it more so that it doesn’t topple over!

I'm on soil from a seed btw but I could try double topping just need to wait for the two new leading stems to develop a bit more, or do I just chop them off right now?
