Alright obviously I suck at taking advice because I'm worried about her drooping lmao. Is this from under/overwatering or you think nute deficiency

My guess would be over watering as they don't look like they are wilting
or is this not long after the lights come on. I remember the first time I realised plants deool as they sleep when lights are off.

yeah this was like not even 15 mins after lights on. Im watering about 1L every 3 days

Just waking up then 1 litre every few days seems about right. Either water slow until it drips out the bottom or I often water from the bottom and let it suck that feed right up. Just pour water straight in the tray underneath and watch it suck it up
 
Just don't leave it sitting in water. If after 15 mins the water hasn't been sucked up. Lift the pot out and tip water away
 
Not sure if you can see how I've topped and tied these down so they stay low and all main bud sites will roughly be at the same height
