When should i switch my nutes from veg to bloom?

I was wondering when to switch from veg nutes to flowering nutes because i'm starting to see bud-sites form on all the plants. When (during this stage) is it best to switch because i heard some people stop the veg nutes too early? All help is appreciated.

A little more info is better, age.., when your planning on flowering.., etc. but in general if you check the manufactures site they'll keep you pretty apprised as to when at what stage etc. Even if you arent using a major brand check out any of the feeding schedules at Advanced Nutrients or Humboldt Nutrients and use there schedule as a jumping off point. The you fine tne as you go... looking for deficiencies etc.

It varies and it all boils down to environment and genetics at hand , the average is two weeks in by most I know and associate with but there are some Indica plants that need less and there are sativas that need a little longer veg feed due to a longer stretch and flowering time .. I do not follow manufactures schedules , they are good guidelines but every grow differs

I advise the average two weeks if they are stretching yet , its very beneficial to add cal/mag during this time as well due to high demands and rapid growth .

With autos I start with a high nit bloom and then as well switch out to flower once I see the stretch is over with

Once you start your 12/12 you can start. The lack of nitrogen in bloom foods is an concern that some growers have, me included. I continue to use my veg formula all the way, and add bloom supplements to that. It seems to me to work, as I never run into a nitrogen deficiency during my grow, and my plants get big and frosty. Just my way of growing. Good luck

I usually wait until I see the stretch start to slow/ stop, for me around 3 weeks after the flip, but I grow regs, not autos.

I use Bio Grow all the way through as recommended, add bio bloom in along with it during bloomwhich is when you switch to 12/12 and then biobizz top max at the last 3 weeks

ok im going to assume your asking about a auto seeing how this is the auto section
preflower on a auto lets you know there is still 2-3 weeks of veg before actual flowering some strains take longer but when its throwing puff balls of hair not just a couple a node is when its actually flowering

Why is everyone talking ahout 12/12. This is the autoflower section. Inwhich auto don't need to be switched to 12/12

Yeah I'm with you two since this is the autoflower section, I see no reason to even mention 12/12 lol... I always run my veg nutes until I see vertical growth stop and then switch to the flower nutes.. It's definitely worked well for me and I know alot of people who grow autos that use this same method but really and truely its completely what works for you ...
