When should the males start showing?

Pretty much already asked, day1 of flowering when should i expect to start seeing the males show

1-2 weeks you should be able to see the start of the round ball sacks that males have... however I don't pull my males until I'm 100% positive they are male... so you may want to wait an extra week after you think you've seen male flowers, just to be sure

How long before the males can actually pollinate the females? Or when do the sacks start breaking?

the one ball will become many such as a bunch of grapes, then they will open and pollinate, once you start seeing balls, pay attention to whether the balls keep developing, once theylook like grapes hanging is when they open up, if you just see one set of balls, you got a 1-2 week window to get them out before they pop

if your plant has these, its a male 100%, get it out, no reason to waste light on it, but some arent as easy to identify as these
