Not really ,, But why invest in an unstable market .. I think a good investment now is to sit on your money .. and hold on tight to it ..
The best investments to make now would be into precious metals, or other commodities, Guns and ammunition, canned foods and water.

I wonder, will the police stop showing up at work if they aren't getting paid? Here comes another round of forclosures, you can't send your "the state owes me money" to the bank for your housepayment.

Yes, where does all that money go? They love to show off the cash they get in drug busts, then where does it go?

Just think of all the money they'd save if the quit busting people for possessing pot.

Vette, quit flaunting China's gun !!!

I thought Cali was the world's 5th largest economy? Show me the money.

What is the tax revenues, are they high enough?

Police are paid locally aren't they?

Is it more a state crunch or local? Or both?

Just curious.

State Police and National Guard will take big hits.

I dont know if you can,
But can you get an owner for ons,
Thats o-n-s,junior market,
The address is 1934 east aneheim,
All the windows are busted out,
And its like a free-for-all in here
And uh the owner shouldat least come
Down here and see if he can secure his business,
If he wants to...

April 26th, 1992,
There was a riot on the streets,
Tell me where were you?
You were sittin home watchin your tv,
While I was paticipatin in some anarchy.

First spot we hit it was my liqour store.
I finally got all that alcohol I cant afford.
With red lights flashin time to retire,
And then we turned that liquor store into a structure fire.

Next stop we hit it was the music shop,
It only took one brick to make that window drop.
Finally we got our own p.a.
Where do you think I got this guitar that youre hearing today?
Hey!

(call fire, respond mobil station.
Alamidos in anahiem,
Its uhh flamin up good.
10-4 alamidos in anaheim)

Never doin no time

When we returned to the pad to unload everything,
It dawned on me that I need new home furnishings.
So once again we filled the van until it was full,
Since that day my livin rooms been more comfortable.

Cause everybody in the hood has had it up to here,
Its getting harder and harder and harder each and every year.

Some kids went in a store with thier mother,
I saw her when she came out she was gettin some pampers.

They said it was for the black man,
They said it was for the mexican,
And not for the white man.

But if you look at the streets it wasnt about rodney king,
Its bout this fucked up situation and these fucked up police.
Its about coming up and staying on top
And screamin 187 on a mother fuckin cop.
Its not written on the paper its on the wall.
National guard? ? !
Smoke from all around,

Bo! bo! bo!

(units, units be advised there is an attempt 211 to arrest now at 938 temple,

(as long as Im alive, imma live illegal)

Let it burn, wanna let it burn,
Wanna let it burn, wanna wanna let it burn

(Im feelin sad and blue)

Riots on the streets of miami,
Oh, riots on the streets of chicago,
Oh, on the streets of long beach,
Mmm, and san francisco (boise idaho),
Riots on the streets of kansas city

They will take everyone to minimum wage, and if the feds don't bail them out they will start to fall apart. I know the prison guards have been taken to minimum before and if that lasts more then a couple months they will start losing their homes. I don't know what will happen. They may just take the money from the state employees retirement funds PERS has more then enough money to cover it. But that will piss people off big time and it will not help the underlying problem. The Peoples Republic of California spends to much money.

If they raise taxes more businesses will leave and if they cut spending all those cushy Government jobs that hundreds of thousands of people rely on go by-by. This is where the whole country is going, California is like a test bed you usually see it there first. Obama is planing a 825 billion dollar "economic stimulus package" I'm sure he can find the money in there somewhere for Cali.

Pretty soon we will see the looting happening not just in the streets but looting the bank accounts, 401k's, IRA's and Government retirement programs. Then finally we will see the Feds selling off national assets to private firms for penny's on the dollar so the IMF will come in and bail us all out. Thats when the shit hits the fan and we all end up in "FEMA fun parks" See ya'all there :)

How come the people who hold the purse strings can never seem to cut out the pork? When my budget gets tight the first thing I do is review what I can live without.

I try keeping enough leeway in my budget that I can survive on 2/3rds of what I'm earning. Never know when the extra money will come in handy
