Hi there, just repotted into bigger pots for root temp. They are much happier. Added more Ocean Forest but not much (half bag). When’s a good time to start bloom nutes? Thanks so much for the help!

Buds or pre flower? Also I’m just a little weary because I think they are revenging and I still should have some more time with veg correct?

I'd switch over about a week or two after I see flowers starting to form. Every year I cut it out early (veg nutes) I noticed early yellowing and less dense flowers,...

That’s a good tip, I’ve noticed that a little…the fan leaves aren’t as efficient as they used to be and the plant is needing them as much. I think because of the early lack of sun it overproduced fans and now that it’s preflowering the lower fans are limping out. I’ll flush in a few days and slowly switch to bloom nutes. Sound good?

Also, I am watering from a 50 gallon drum I have outside and I fill my water can up from that. Any good liquid or powder bloom nutes you recommend to mix into the 50 gal barrel? Maybe an all in one? Thanks

So you want to use to a soluble fertilizer for bloom? MaxiBloom will do the trick and is a one part.
You can also top dress with something like Tomato Tone once at flip and then halfway through flower.

Only mix up what you plan to use for that watering/feeding day. Like in 1 gallon jugs. Don’t mix the whole 50 gallon drum with nutes

Ok. I do use the whole 50 gallon drum worth of water when I water though, should I still only do it gallon by gallon?
If you use the whole thing then yes i would mix it up in the 50 gallon drum. Just don't want a mixed solution sitting around too long.

If you use a dry nutrient i would dissolve it in a smaller container before putting it in the drum.
