When to flush based on Trichome development

I have three strains that are all at different Trichome development stages. My white diesel has a few amber heads and the rest are 50/50 with milky and clear. I'm thinking I should flush now and monitor the trichomes more regularly? My tiger's milk strain is 50/50 cloudy and clear so I'm thinking just water and a final flush in a few days. I also have an alleged sour diesel that is 8 weeks deep into flowering with mostly clear heads still. In regards to the sd should I feed one more time then flush?

I read that a few days ago and I don't necessarily agree with it, I was just posting the question for people who do employ flushing. Thank you for the link though!

Keep feeding the sour diesel until cloudy at least. I feed until I see any sign of amber, that is my que to start flushing. I'm running the H & G lineup and their recommendation is a 3 day flush. In the 3 days I flush the amber color can't get to far along.
