Starting this thread in hopes to get some good information and pictures on when people think is the proper time to flush a plant. I searched and couldn't find anything easily, so maybe this will change that. Thanks ahead of time -drofeous

Growers who know what their doing don't flush.
LOL. Ok, so all those growers and breeders who are winning cannabis cubs don't know what they are doing? It depends on your medium and growing style. To say good growers don't flush is just non-sense. If your using chem fertz in a hydroponic medium, a flush is a very wise thing to do.

Try the leaf test. Take a leaf off of an unflushed plant and the water that comes out will taste bitter-try it again after a flush and the water will taste clean. This is how I know I have flushed long enough. I think it improves the quality of the final product dramatically.

plz yall nothing nice to say go kick rocks, this post is about HOW DO YOU FLUSH. So people can see how you flush..... Not be a turd, help the community. We all have different ways of doing things, as far as flushing goes i would love to hear when you think they are ready and why you think this, soil-less mediums!

pre-harvest flush, in a soil less medium.
So I'm in coco and running strains I haven't run before-so I don't know exactly when they will be finished. I started started giving my plants just water when most of my trichs are couldy. I give them water and molassas(or a sweetener) for the first week, then I actually run a decent amount of water through the containers to flush them of any other salts that may be left behind(usually my run-off is around 100-200ppm at this point, and I like to run enough water through to get it under 50). Then they get just water until they are ready to chop. This way they slowly use up whats in the medium for the first week, then the last week they get water until I see enough amber I decide to chop.
