when to harvest

Hey guys, judging by the pics could someone give me an estimate of harvest time....

2 mini plants grown outside, didn't do too much for em except water and prune a lil, and gave a few nutes also.

They almost died because of a heatwave we had so that stunted all growth for like 3 weeks

vege'd for 2 - 2 1/2 months and now into week six of flowering

the bud doesn't look ready, but 50 - 70 of the pistols have turned amber/brown, it doesn't feel sticky or look crystally' yet, i don't want to miss peak picking times any suggestions?

I will just clarify, both the pics are the same plant, the the other plant hasn't had a significant change of pistol colour yet,which is what i had expected thinking i had 2 - 3 weeks of flowering to go.appreciate any advice on when to harvest or how much longer to leave this one even though over half the hairs are already red.

I think you're mistaking red hairs for amber trichomes. They appear to have a ways to go to me

3-4 more weeks flowering. You've got a healthy looking plant so let it live and produce big for ya

Yep, a long way to go...those buds are going to get a lot fatter before they're ready.
