When to introduce seedlings to 400 MH

Ok I was planning on leaving my plants in the rapid rooters in the trays with water for like a week or 2....theyre under 2 35 watt 6400k cfls....and am just planning on doing 24 hour right away when switching to Mh.....or would it be neccesary to slowly acclimate them to that heat n such....12 hours one day....18 hours next 2 days...go to 24/7....which one would be better to do that way or just put it right on 24-7?

you want to keep the amount of hours the same for each cycle, veg 18/6 24/0 or w/e. But, the intensity of the light is what you can gradually increase by the distanse the lightis from the plant tops. I wouls recommend starting w/ the MH very high from the young ladies at first, 30". I say this far cause i have read about so many new growers burning there plants from too much light too fast,just lower it 3-4" each day tillyou get it at the sweet spot.

i also agree with ak. i also lhink your 400w bulb shold be a eye hortilux blue enhanced bulb it was the best $126 each bulb i ever spent. here is a pic with two 400w above 24 plants look at how blue the color is compared to most mh...
