On is best, you can use Green lights to work in the night period, green won't affect them ...

i check them out all the time, best not to desturb that natural dark cycle tho, espessaly when in 12/12

I had 4 green lights on in a garage full of flowering Ladies, I always went in at night and could see just fine. I would clean all my 20 gallon buckets, fresh waters, sweep up etc. Too dam hot when lights are on.
