When to move seedlings to veg stage.

I am a newbie and could not find the exact answer for this. I am growing some Barneys Farm Red Dragons, Pineapple Crush, and LSD.
Exactly when do I move the plant from under the 24 hour fluorescent lighting to the veg stage using 400 Watt Metal Halide lamp?

sum say seedling stage is first two weeks and dont give nutin but water most under flouresent tubes
then third week starts veg and food so in there minds the third week ofgrowth is the first week of veg

me i start counting from the day it breaks soil 3rd week of growth is the third week of veg

people that give answers are talkin on there setup gardening skills lights nutes what they grow
not your setup do whats best for you and your setup

if you got a 250w set an they got 2 x 1000w set up all diff
and all diff if the other way around also

When i grow(Soil) Once my Seed sprouts from that point on i count it as the Germination Week. Since Sprout Days 1-7 then it enters its Veg Cycle and you control it all the way. I would sudgest to get her under those 400 watt grow lights. & if u got the cash go 24/0 then ofcourse 12/12 when you want them to begin budding. and IMO hydro is kinda the same except your plant will grow quicker

Yup, a good week if their growin good. My MH is right beside 2 T5's. The transistion is seemless.
