its never too late. just look at the plant and give all the tiny branches light soo they can grow if they are behide a leaf they will develop slower. i would just watch out for that knot you made when she gets fatter that knot will get tighter you will make a bottleneck

Looks good. Do what you feel comfortable with. You'll notice the low part start reaching back up to the light in less than a day.

Ok, lucky you said that I wouldn't have thought of that. So redo the knots every few days or is there a better method of tieing her down more safely?

well you can make a knot but leave a lot of space inside the loop. you just need the edge to hold her down. i use S loops for my LST

I use green garden wire tie. I just make a generous loop where it's holding down the branch. I re-tie down as needed to keep it low.

It's extremely cheap for the amount you get. But the trunk/stem or whatever is tied down can still grow over the wire if it's tight.

Looks good to me.
Here's my first attempt at lst.
Damaged so many leaves using those sharpe ass bread ties, later switched to soft wire ties.

Makes sense I suppose but I don't like having to transplant them, especially auto's. I hear they don't like it. I plant them in their final container from day one.

at some point mine can bend thin wire hahaha.
i guess you can replant that way but she will just adapt to it soo you have to LST later again.

I transplant all my plants including autos. Autos will handle transplants just fine as long as they are healthy.
People that say they can't are either just repeating something they hear or don't have healthy plants. That's probably why you heard it too.

you are making her strech with puting the top main branch leafs al in the shade, why dont you tie her lower soo leafs can turn up the same day
