when to start topping

just make sure to stop topping 2 weeks before flowering. you can keep pruning the bottoms through out the entire cycle as well as bending branches
what affect will th bending give me ive done my research this is info i havent gotten yet so i read about lining but what will it do for me to start bending my branches and will it stress my plants.

This is lst, u bend the branches and tie them down to even out your canopy, u also take the top and bend that also, which inturn, makes the branches believe they are now tops and grow larger.

how old do i let my plants get before i begin this process mine are only 2 weeks 3 days old and by thhe way

Haha thanks bud, shes gettin nicer to look at each day, shes a skunk auto from white label and shes under 8 cfls, definitely a beauty. As for lst, i like to wait for my shoots to grow out a bit, usually ill just tie down the top first, so the shoots could catch up and stretch a little then i tie them down aswell, the point is to make the branches grow as tops which in turn gives you a larger yeild also allows for more light to penetrate thru the canopy
