When to transplant from 2.5/3 gallon pots.

I only have 2 grows under my belt. This one is gonna be small grow. Trying to flip to 12/12 asap I transplanted from solo cup to 3 gallon fabric pots(not completely full of soil) and have now been vegging for about 3 weeks.
Should I go another week and make it 4 weeks of veg before I trans to 5 gal and flip 1 to 2 weeks later? Or just go ahead and transplant this 3rd week in these pots?

What are you going for? Sounds like an awful lot of veg time, unless you're trying to grow a tree. Lol

Plant size is determined by you. If you have room for more soil then flip the plant and add more soil to the pot. The more transplanting you do the more chances you have of screwing something up. People often complain that the plant hasn't done anything after transplant and flipping to 12/12, usually its because of shock and the fact that the plant is growing more roots because it has the space to do so. Good luck!

Fill the 3 gallon and forget transplanting if you are going to flip. There's more than enough medium.
