when to use 6000k and 2700k?

i'm going to be ordering a t5 fluorescent lamp that lets me put two two foot tubes on it 5,000 lumens each , do i stick to two 6000k's throughout veg and then switch one out to 2700k a week before flowering maybe? then switch em both up to 2700k's? would it help to give it supplemental lighting from some 25W 6000k cfl's if i do switch to two 2700k's during flowering? or will the 2x 2700k's be enough?

6000k for veg 2700k for bloom!

u can also mix the spectrums, but red needed during flowering! the more light the better, so if u can put as mucho as u can!
