when will it bud?

i have outdoor plants growing for a while now but none of them will start to bud. i am a newbie but from what ive read they are supposed to be budding by now. Its summer time here and the plants are 7 and 9 weeks in respectively. any ideas?

when light gets on the 12 12 cycles so sumtime round august

I'd assume he just used bagseed if hes new to growing..
I want the 12/12 cycle to come!!

dont really know. i just collected a tons of seeds as i went thorugh it and then planted them all. it was all a mix of really good and mediocre weed. is there any way to tell the difference from the look of the plants?

i have an early strain that starts flowering under 15 hrs of sunlight. Most strains will start with 13-14 hours of light.
