goto lowes. the one here contains everything you need to make your own rig for about 150$$ if even that. depends on how fancy you want to go!

the guys there will be willing to help. remember dont carry your ID and put a fake name when and if they ask you. same for address. (that doesnt mean use a friend or close relatives!)

lol, i saw some HPS bulbs in there last week and was wondering if they were the same. 'home improvement' just took on a new meaning.
