Where can I learn to grow 12-12 from seed properly.

I have been successful with photo period and auto plants. I'd like to try 12-12 from seed now. Where can I find how to do this properly on here? I know I've seen successful 12-12 pros somewhere on rollit up. Where are you?

I've done it before fore seeds and for clones. basically skipping veg. It's not really the best way to go imho. What I have been doing for a while now is 12/1 for veg instead of 18/6. Saves a lot of electricity.
To set up 12/1 you set your timers for 12 hours on and two 5.5 hour dark periods separated by 1 hour of light. It keeps the plants in a state of vegetative growth but let's them build up more flowering hormones than they would in 18/6.
