where do i report moldy buds?

Im in the southern-east side of California, where weve got just two deliveries and no dispensaries. so i was ordering from this place called Desert Wellness for the past year or so, and their buds were great for the first ten months thats when they started to sell low-grade moldy buds for a cheaper price than the OG's or any of the top shelf shit that they had. so i couldnt trip cause i was buying low grades my fuck up. so i went back to ordering str8 up og for $390 the Oz. which was cool because it saved me the trip, gas and time. opposed to driving to San Diego and doing all that shit, id rather pay an extra sixty bucks for the troubles. Well, did i know that DW was going to try and pull a quick one on me with some weak ass moldy herbs that they were trying to pass off as some fire ass dank that everyone was asking for. BS i said, i called my friend and showed him what i got and he was too unpleased, so i called the delivery service back to get a refund and i did. which was much appreciated. but the fact that they tried to play me as a fool didnt sit well with me.

so, where do i report something like this. Weedmaps didnt do shit about it, i dont know where to go?

What if someone with really bad medical conditions consumed these herbs? what wouldve happened then?

Im not trying to be a dick about it, just concerned.

That's messed up man.. I would use word of mouth and tell all your friends and fellow patients. maybe even make comments about them on other forums too

A dispensary in my town sells moldy buds all the time. I'm unaware of any way to stop this. I wish this "legal grey area" stuff would end so we could have actual health and safety standards at dispensaries.

damn..i thought the prices were much lower in cali for top notch chronic ....everything i hear says you can't get more than 2200 per lb in that flooded market..i know gas prices are high but what is the delivery charge? 60 dollars? ...so 330 for an ounce? ouch...seem steep..should change that name to desert rapists

contract growers get in california take the risks, and get hosed. wholesale prices are in the toilet, but retail prices are still around 60$ an 1/8 for what they claim is good shit. it's really just shit. seed-filled schwag with mould, and spidermites. dispensary bosses dont go to prison, but growers do. dispensaries, like street dealers get busted for bud wieght, but growers get busted for plant weight, and if you grow in dirt, they weigh that too. thats how cops claim "multi-million dollar busts" with 20 plants. legitimate patients can get a scrip, and grow that shit in their own closet and keep it on the low-low. thats the beauty of the california law, no red tape, special buyers card or any of that shit.

buying from so-called dispensaries is often worse than buying from a regular dealer. old school street pharmacists had to offer decent grass at good prices or go broke. these shitty dope-shacks peddle mediocre weed at dealer's bomb weed prices, wrapped in the fig leaf of legitimacy. fuck em! most of them are trying to get rich quick off shitty herb.

I only stick with ones that let you sample one or two strains before you purchase anything. If the people wont show you the bud, let you look at it, smell it, try it, then don't buy it. Not like there is any shortage of dispensaries to go to, lol.

If they are licensed dispeseries I believe you can contact the other dispenseries tell them your issue and they will be able to get you to someone who will review their license status

Sooner or later people will get smart to the pharmaceutical companies and their poisons,
not every thing but heck if you have a headache go make a tea from some willow tree.
Dispenseries that sell moldy product are for profit and screw the people they say their there
to help. Just another reason to shut us down.

I'm up North and the dispensaries sell both moldy and mite riddled herb! I won't, but many others don't care. Strictly business and NO COMPASSION!
The $2,200.00 is the going rate for High Grade lbs. (on a good day) to the dispensaries yet they charge $360.00/oz and up. We (the growers) take all the risk, do all the work, yet they make all the money. I try to keep a circle of patients to deal with and avoid those dispensaries...
