Did you mean "getting them in the USA" as in them clearing U.S. Customs? Now and then an order is found and you receive the package minus the seeds with a letter saying that illegal items were removed, but they do not come arrest you or put your house under surveillance or anything.

I have purchased seeds since before the Internet was invented and you ordered from magazines and seed catalogs and in all the years I have purchased seeds I have never had so much as one single order fail to be delivered. But then at times someone's very first order will be discovered and confiscated. You just never know. It is a bit of a gamble, but the odds are great that your order will get through to you, especially if you pay for stealth shipping ... and some pay more for guaranteed delivery so if the order does not arrive it is resent.
