I am looking to move to a state that is less restrictive for outdoor grows
Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, Oregon, Michigan or anywhere else,
Maybe California, I seem to hit a road block everywhere I look ?
Like New Mexico just closed there application for Producers & Distributors. Licensed Non-Profit Producers (LNPP) April 15 2015 they went from 150 plants to 450 but now that is yesterdays news.
I would really appreciate any ones suggestions ......please.
