I've bought from http://bcbuddepot.com and http://mjseedscanada.com. Both stealth, both reliable. Both have great pre-and-post sales communication.

I'm Canadian, so I might be biased as I never have to worry about confiscation upon import.

oregongreenseeds. they dont have feminised though. but their genetics sound superb! located in the u. s and they have good costumer service. but herbies if you're lookin for fem . paued 27$ got like 8 seeds

plenty of good ones out there, everyone has their favorite. One worth mentioning that has probably the best customer service is Provision Seeds, definitely should look into them
