Where the hell do I start? Buying my first grow box (where?), and what seeds will be

Got cut off... well anyways, I've decided to go ahead and pull the trigger and buy a grow case. Stealth is not that much of a factor, so I want to get something a little bigger than a PC case. I am not handy, so the DIY'ers... save your breath. I am looking to do this as methodically as possible. So my questions are:

1.) Whats your favorite site for seeds?
2.) What seeds should I get for highest yields/shortest growth? I don't want a plant taller than 2 feet, but I also don't want a 20g harvest. I'd like to get about a QP or so from each plant. How does that work into my setup?
3.) What are the top sites that offer growboxes? I know of JGG, and pcgrowcase, but thats it. I don't want to come home one day and find my CFL's broken on the case floor because somebody half-assed the job.

Again, I'm thinking that for my requests I'll need something the size of a nightstand/armoire. I'd get a PC growbox, but they look really small and if thats what I HAVE to do, then so be it.

A QP off a two foot tall plant? Good luck. Your expectations are a bit far fetched with the way you're limiting yourself.

A QP per plant, hmmm...... You are going to need a whole lot of lights ( CFL's are not going to cut it ) and a room . Not going to happen in a box.

** There could be fights all day about this one it's really personal preference ...... But I don't think a Qp Is feasible On such a plant In such a setup

** Sorry I built everything Myself Can't help here..... If I want something Half assed I'll Leave it to someone else to do for me

** These are not the kinda of setups that supply any significant amount of weed you'd be better off Buying it All ..you will still be anyways

I harvest A Plant every Week In 12 Square Feet Of Space A Plant every Week!! And I can Still Smoke Myself Out From time to time .....Something the size of a night stand is almost nothing less that just being able to say you've done a plant or two ...It's not going to keep you rolling in the weed :(

Yes Full Veg time to as large as it will get In a reasonable Outdoor season Amount of time.....They are talking Big F'in Plants done to perfection .....

Hard to say, depends on PC case size Just out of hand Looking at my Mid sized Antec PC case here I could Fit An ounce and a half in there maybe..? It'd be a tight fit and take some Skillz tho ...

Carbon Filter is relative ...Because I have no one around to bug me I use no Filters And Even Growing On My scale the stink for me isn't bad With SLH....

Is there anyone around to be offended by the smell of a plant or two ??

Also, one square meter is basically the equivalent of the size one plant needs to grow?

3x2x6 granted i used a shit load of bulbs 2 85w cfl, 8 27w cfl and 6 t8 tubes, around 40000 lumens...

Those didn't come close to destroying your plants? 3x2x6 is LWH in feet, right? Sounds like more than a square meter to me

It has an air filter, and optional CO2 system and ozonifications, so i'm guessing not.

edit: It says it does:
