i've never been in europe sorry i cant help you. don'tyou still have light fixture botiques in europe? or try a eltrical appliance store. if not, try your local grow shop. they should have the lights you need. other then that, idk outher then the internet.
We don't have grow shops here man. So I am gonna need to order it from the web. I hate my country

yeah, tsdriles06 is right. you can find aaaaaaaaanything you need for growin on ebay. But watch out though, they got alot of cheap shit that will rip you off. Like wonna be mh and hps lights, they say their just as good but dont listen. Just make sure you get the right quality stuff. Sometimes you cant follow your wallet.

Although im in Aus Im originally from Harrogate, north yorks and we had 2 hydro shops.
maybe you should look harder, the uk is a leader in garden lighting, mainly because we have 200+ days of overcast and rain.

Sensi seeds in Amsterdam are a full service grow shop. they sell 400 and 600W Phillps Son-Agro units at resonable prices. Check them out online, I don't know their shipping policy. The worst case you'd have to take a trip to them to get the lights. Hey , you'd be in Amsterdam, always a good time to be had. Good luck.

hey buddy, go to florahydroponics.com. this guy would set you straight. he has the high end stuff at some of the best prices i have seen on the net. i ordered ballests from him an got them 5 days later, an i dont even live in the USA.he ships out the same day or guranteed the next all over the world. he gave me good advice an it not tryin 2 get yah money. I got a lumatek ballests which is one of the best and is made in your country. do some research but if you can t get nothing check this guy out. he is in atlanta, georgia, usa.
well I get my 600 watt digital switchable lights for $119 at Maryland Hydroponics or you can check out insidesun.com they have setups for around $180
Need something that has 240V not 120 man there in lies the problem.
Also need switchable from MH/HPS not dual.... Anyone know a web-site that won't RIP me off....???? And please remember I need 240V
