Also, id double check dimmer by completely disconnecting it. Especially if it has dim to off orginally.

Viparspectra stopped working
The model is KS5000 , it is about a year old, done 2 runs , turned it on and nothing, I can't find any loose cables and no bad smells; it appears the ballast just died. What can I use as a ballast, Ive emailed Viparspectra Australia yet to get a response. I cant find in my emails where I got...

Lol. I thought that was brilliant until I was told you could get banned and they will keep track real well. Theyll bann anyone you live with making their lives harder. Idk if they do it should be easy to find out. Im sure they do and being banned from there is pretty essential theres no other company like it.
Highly suggest against it.
