Where to buy Y-splitters and Plug-in CFL adaptors online!?!

I've been looking everywhere and I can't seem to find something so simple as a plug-in light adaptor and the y-splitters everyone seems to be using. I don't have a car right now and I'd like to order everything online. Where can I find these??

i know u can buy y splitters at home depot that where i bough mine..there about 3 dollars each

or wally worlds or almost any store along those lines have them. shippin will kill the cost of them. not sure what a plug in adapter is
