As a matter of fact, the legislation was passed in April. We are literally waiting for the official announcement for July.

Hey you order from peak seeds recently ? I got some seeds from them years ago, but never got a chance to flower the northern berry and would love to go down memory lane and try again.

It has not been passed in the senate yet so nope it’s not legal. The only place that I’m aware of that sells clones is the reserve in Deseronto, a few of the dispensaries have them right now at $10 apiece

Also the legislation is not expected to move through senate and be law until well into or after the summer.Edit: Quebec has announced it will not allow you to grow your own.... the provinces will be in charge of the actual distribution and growing laws jsyk so it’s not all unicorns and rainbows... it’s actually a whole pile of fucked up shit IMO.
