where to get cal mag in the uk??? + rep

hi all gonna try the world of coco coir for the next grow with auto pots but alot of info says to get cal mag for flowering when using coco. where can i get calmag in the uk or something similar???

Hi k3nz1387 , don't know if this is any use but you can get calmag tablets from holland and barrett health shops .

From my limited understanding, you can use epsom salt for magnesium, and soak egg shells in water for calcium. Not sure how accurate that is though.
