perhaps you could provide more info?

what brand do you have?

what wattage?

from where?

when you say 'tubes' do you mean e26 base cfl's or led strips made for a t12/8/5 florescent fixture?

ie 'whacha talkin bout willis?'

i will try.

you bought 8 of those 'tubes', and 3 don't work.

did those three ever work? these are designed to fit into a 4' shoplight fixture for t8/t12 bulbs. it appears they are self contained like cfl's, and you must bypass or remove the ballast and other circuitry for the floro's. if you do not, the ballast of the light fixture will fry the led stick.

if they did all work, and you have bypassed/removed circuitry from your fixtures, then i'd ask for a refund. they appear to be based in america, and 99% positive feedback.

where did you get the fixtures? did you remove or bypass the ballasts?

If I was going to buy some....I'd probably buy from these guys and their 5 year warranty.

They have clear as well.

But I am still gun shy about these types of lights.

I also love the fact they are single ended and you can buy plug ends for them.

The thing is they are all made the same place.....some people pay more for a little higher standards..

The trick is to find those places and avoid the companies who are just trying to cash in....

I just ordered some of the clear type I will let you know how they are.
