Northern Lights has been around for so many years, since like 1980. It would be hard for someone to keep those exact genetics for 30 years.

I'd go with Sensi seeds Northern LightS for sure.
You can check my grow I have a nirvana Northern LighT @ almost 9 weeks that I am chopping in a few days.
It looks pretty juicy.

Grow Goddess has the right answer
Dr Atomics is best today due to BCSC leaving the scene.

Nirvana has a breeder in charge (Mau) who uses a single skunk #1 male
for every strain on the menu...

It's the same male that lends purple phenos to damned near every strain
they offer.

Know this....all Nirvana strains are far from pure or true lines
they are F1's.....

Any NL they ever claim to have is not true breeding ever!

10 years ago I grew out a pheno from aurora indica that
was stellar however.
a true NL representation,,,but that was a loong time ago!

Joey weed has his own lil representation to offer now and then
as he has bred 3 different NL lines together.

But he hasn't offered it in quite some time.

The Nl x C99 is decent if you wanna make some F2's from them
the NL phenos will pop up ,but mostly C99 tainted.

His Nl phenos will have a great pink Bubblegum smell..

Well I have done some research and it seems as though sensi seeds NL is really unstable all kinds of phenos? thats alot to pay if you are not sure to get a keeper.

Northern Lights is not a genetic line meaning most have different genetic backgrounds and all of the NL lines available will be hybrids or BX's. Northern Lights is just what the original grower labeled a group of seeds he grew out. All of the Northern Light plants were females and cuttings were passed around and there were no males kept. Certain breeders work with the real cuttings or at least used to but most work with NL hybrids and call there seeds Norther Lights.

http://marijuana-seeds.nl has the least expensive NL($22 10 pack), the cheapest shipping, and free seeds on your order. I've cracked about 20 beans and have only gotten two phenos: Commonly, I get the smaller ones, hard to clone (because they tend not to branch out until you flower unless you fim or top early on), the other pheno, which I've managed to get, is the big mama that makes thick ass branches, grows fast under a halide and makes giant buds. So all those beans and only two phenos that I've encountered.

The nirvana NL is some dam good smoke, the taste is as memerable as my first kush, I LOVED IT. i give it 9 out of 10!

Its the only NL i ever grew, but its the cheepiest and WOW.

I think it was way better than nirvanas ak48s i grew. (witch was rumored to be better)

My hat is off to the guys at nirvana!
After all the smack talking about em i didnt expect it to be soo kind.

Smelled an tasted like ozium air freshner spray to me.

At 3 bucks a seed you cant beat Nirvana.

The Nl i tied back in 1990 didnt taste that good at all, just realy kind an hashy. But nirvanas flavor was way better.

Sensi seeds standard Northern Lights on Attitude. 206.00 for 10 seeds, but the best Northern Lights I have ever grown.

Not Seedsman. See my post in this section of the site. Pic included.

All the reviews from actual growers have Nirvana's NL as the best bang for your buck NL.
