Which foliar to use?

I would like to give a foliar spray a try and was wondering which to use, a kelp meal or a fresh aloe. Plants are outside and in veg. I would soak the kelp meal in rainwater for 24 hours before straining and using. Can someone share a recipe for an aloe foliar using fresh aloe? Thanks!!

Scratch that for aloe recipies
1/4 cup pure Aloe Vera extract (no preservatives)
1 tablespoon BioAg pure Fulvic Acid

Added to 1 gallon of kelp meal tea (1/4 cup of kelp meal in 2 gallons of water bubbled for 24 to 48 hours}

Applied each week. Sometimes I replace the kelp meal tea with Comfrey, Yarrow or Horsetail Fern teas

haha, just looking for some recipes for an aloe foliar as well. gonna have to get me some of the BioAg pure fulvic acid.

I do per gallon of water

1/4 tbsp Kelp
1/4 tbsp fulvic acid

I do the above recipe with 1/4 tbsp of Indonesian Bat Guano to spray my clones to get them to root faster.
