Which grow box to buy?

To be honest mate, this looks pretty damn good, especially if there is no light leaks, thats a huge problem for most cabinets. No light leaks = no smell :-P I was really keen on getting something similar myself except it was 5k and leaked light in every direction. I would definately go for something with good height (minimum 5 foot for 400-600w), it will help greatly with heat issues.
It is the negative pressure and the patented dual pass internal scrubber system that makes all the difference. Not to mention the cabinet it quieter than your refrigerator and all systems are internal lol

And thanks for the positive impression :)

Ok, never mind on my last post...this guy clearly works for whatever company you're talking about. :wall:
You are close LOL! ACtech cabinets are above anything else on the market (a national magazine agrees), take some time and actually review the website, I think you will be impressed...

bcnorthernlights.com has some interesting setups. I've looked at them just because I'm curious about these things. Personally I recommend a tent and a little bit of work as it will be much cheaper, but I totally understand the appeal given I am also lazy and not overly handy. Plus I wanted to hang vertically for maximum efficiency. I'm pretty sure there are at least a couple guys on the forum using the boxes from bcnorthernlights and having tremendous success. They are quite expensive though I think. They do have versions that are almost completely automated and that come with CO2 etc though.

looking for a good grow box compleat for a n00b like myself can learn and operate. im really eye balling that stanley 336 box. I know alot of people are saying build it myself. I am very handy with wood and tech stuff. But when i did a cost brake down on how much say this stanley 336 box. Im upto 1600$ to build it myself cabinet out of wood is going to be 100$, 900$ for led lighting, 50$ mylar, tub and tubeing water pump, air pump, water chiller 7 pc fans. about 250? co2 setup about 120$ now granted i got a feeling that the led light i have picked out is prob better then the one that comes with the stanley 336 and the box i planed on building is 36x24x72. but after priceing all this out i think i would be better off to just get the stanley and be done..

I got a BCNL box 3 years ago it's sits in a shead. For $4595 you can build something your self. If you aren't a handy man then get some friend to help. For what they cost you could have some one build it for you and it would cost less.

I ended up getting this one; http://www.cabinetgrow.com/earth-cab-max/ I upgraded the main light to the DuraMax 180 LED and it fucking ROCKED my first grow...I pulled a Q out of it and I'm pretty sure I can do better. I struggled in my decision to get a pre-fab grow box too, but I think it was worth it in the end...for me anyway.

Good luck!
